Letters from the (dub)Earth – Epidode 1
Podcast: Play in new window | Download

Thanks to R. Kenyon for the title of the series
I’m kicking off a new weekly podcast right here on dubearth and now there is nowhere to go but up after this episode. I really apologize for how rough this episode 1 sounds…I wanted to wait until some gear came back from the shop but since that won’t be for awhile i was forced to use whatever I had to get this done and up on the site! Live live live in all its horror and glory.
The first episode is a selection of classic dub tunes I have always loved. I hope that despite the technical limitations of this recording you can still feel just how great some of these tracks are!
So with no further ado, good listening and I’ll see you next wednesday for the second episode of Letters from the (dub)Earth!

True junglist will remember that Junglist Pon Chalice which sampled the opening guitar in the break
Episode two has the original Chase the Devil by Max Romero which is also sampled infamously…Maria recognized it but had never heard the original…you know me…always trying to impress the lovely ladies!
